About
The Women Leadership Programme is a dynamic initiative dedicated to empowering women and adolescent girls from Dalit, SC, ST, and minority communities. By fostering leadership skills, raising awareness about social issues, and providing platforms for collaboration, we aim to build a generation of women leaders who can advocate for their rights and drive meaningful change in their communities.
Our program is a blend of education, advocacy, and capacity-building designed to uplift and inspire women to overcome challenges and lead with confidence.
Our Mission
To nurture leadership among women and girls, enabling them to address social injustices, advocate for their rights, and contribute to creating a more equitable society.
