At Eva Foundation, we believe systemic change begins with evidence. Our research and advocacy initiatives focus on highlighting the lived realities of marginalized communities—especially Dalits, minorities, women, and youth—who are often excluded from the policymaking process.

Through participatory research, field documentation, and focused legal studies, we gather critical insights into gaps in governance, failures in justice delivery, and discrimination in public systems. These findings are then transformed into actionable policy briefs, advocacy papers, and consultations with stakeholders.

We actively engage with government bodies, commissions, legal institutions, and civil society forums to push for inclusive reforms. Our work has influenced state-level discussions on legal aid, the SC/ST Act, juvenile justice, and gender rights, among others.

Advocacy at Eva is grounded in community voice. Whether it’s the experience of a young girl denied education or a Dalit advocate facing courtroom discrimination, we amplify these truths into the corridors of power, demanding dignity, justice, and accountability.
