Legal professionals from marginalized communities often face unique challenges that limit their ability to serve vulnerable populations effectively. Eva Foundation’s capacity building programs aim to strengthen their skills, knowledge, and networks.

We provide training on legal frameworks related to human rights, SC/ST Act, gender justice, and atrocity laws, along with practical skills in case documentation, counseling, and court procedures. Workshops also cover ethical advocacy and community engagement.

By creating forums for peer learning, mentorship, and collaboration, we help advocates build confidence and resilience in a challenging legal environment. This empowers them to offer better support to marginalized clients and contribute to systemic justice reforms.

Our capacity building is a vital link in ensuring that legal empowerment reaches the grassroots and that advocates can be effective agents of change.
