In our day to day life we are witnessing several incidents of violence and atrocities on women, children, persons from dalit community, minority community and others from which a very few get support due to their poor socio-economic background and unawareness about the law, policies and government schemes. Through various case studies a felt need arisen wherein counselling and advocacy is very much required in support of the survivor which will help the survivor to overcome and deal with the situation. This will strengthen the morale and motivate the survivor to fight for the injustice done to him/ her. The Legal Support Team shall identify such cases and strive to provide them all kind of legal support and advocacy as well as help to get compensatory reliefs and benefits as per their entitlement through various government schemes and policies by following due process of law.
