Economic independence is a crucial pillar of empowerment, especially for women and youth from marginalized communities. Eva Foundation’s skill development initiatives are designed to create real, tangible opportunities for better livelihoods.

Our programs offer training in tailoring, beauty care, handicrafts, digital literacy, and other locally relevant trades. We work closely with community members to identify needs and aspirations, ensuring that the skills taught align with available market opportunities.

Participants not only learn technical skills but also receive sessions on financial literacy, marketing, and self-employment planning. Some go on to start their own businesses, while others find better employment, contributing to their families’ income and gaining confidence and respect in their communities.

By focusing on skill-building, we aim to break the cycle of poverty and dependence—transforming women and youth into changemakers in their own right.
